If the Client has equipment that requires special skills or is complicated to operate, the Client must provide training to the Cleaner on how to safely operate it.
1.2
Please note that this guarantee will not apply if the condition of the premises has deteriorated since the original cleaning was undertaken or if 24 hours have passed.
1.3
Payment is expected at least 48 hours before the booked day of the cleaning service. If the client fails to fulfil this, the cleaning service will be automatically cancelled and the client will need to reschedule.
